I would suggest that you get rid of the sliced background. I can also say that while shades of blue is nice in general, you are using a very light tone and I would suggest to go with something darker.

Also a more dominant logo and homepage presence can help you attract more visitors as well as in terms of SEO.

Just like Megan I don't like the striped background and I also think there is too much blue. The large blue box could have a much lighter blue. Other than that it looks fine

I think this does a good job of selling the service and explaining what the site is offering. All of the content is very well written - demonstrating the quality of the services offered.

I don't like the stripey background. It's very distracting. I also think the box around the content could be re-worked. Maybe a solid background with rounded corners, or, to keep it simple, no background at all.
