This is a great concept and I like what the website has to offer. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, and like Ecre said, the gallery is very eye-catching. (and it is neat how it works with the scroll wheel!)

It was also a great idea getting approved by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as it will make potential customers more comfortable. I should probably consider doing the same...

I like the overall design of your page. The only portion of the webpage that I am not too fond of would be the top banner along with the menu bar. The top banner in my opinion is too wide and the menu bar is too “in your face”.
I like the cover flow gallery you have. I find it to be very appealing and it draws your eye immediately.

My overall consensus on your design is that it all looks great, however I do have a few suggestions for you.

1. The innovative template display on the home page is a great way to browse templates by appearance, so why is the home page the only place to use this? Maybe think about implementing it for most or all template browsing sections.
2. Rather than have the entire site span the width of the browser, have it span to a maximum of either 800pixels or 1024pixels (based on which you believe has become 'standard'). Any excess space on either side should have a consistent contrasting color (like this forum for instance).
3. Your menu that spans across the top of the page is clever, however it does present one graphical flaw: When you move your mouse over any of the tabs, the right edge of the tab should overlap the tab next to it rather than remain hidden behind.
