    <description> &lt;p&gt;Dunno. For me, a design starts with content, not a pretty picture. To quote Jeffrey Zeldman:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Web pages are not static images, and not even about the PC any more. How do you design for screens that vary from a few hundred pixels across to several thousand?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;May I respectfully suggest you read Andy Clarke&#039;s brief article, &lt;a href=&quot;http://24ways.org/2009/ignorance-is-bliss&quot;&gt;Ignorance Is Bliss&lt;/a&gt;. Then teach yourself HTML and CSS. You won&#039;t regret it...&lt;/p&gt;
