Design in the absence of content is not design, it’s decoration."</p> <p>Web pages are not static images, and not even about the PC any more. How do you design for screens that vary from a few hundred pixels across to several thousand?</p> <p>May I respectfully suggest you read Andy Clarke's brief article, <a href="http://24ways.org/2009/ignorance-is-bliss">Ignorance Is Bliss</a>.
