    <description> &lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re just doing CSS, I wouldn&#039;t fork out $400 for Dreamweaver (and I love DW). Give MS Expression Web a try (since it&#039;s free), and if you don&#039;t like it, you can find another editor. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When people think of Microsoft and web design/development, they get a picture of FrontPage in their head. But Microsoft is producing some great editors now.&lt;/p&gt;
