The site is very informative and the size of the text is just right, but the background color is your main problem. A very light yellow would have been fine. The orange navigation menu at the top with various lines does not look good either.

Student comments pages could use a redesign, using a table doesn't look good.

I think the layout of the website could use some work, especially the menu. You have too many items in the menu. You have 4 menus on top of each other is too much for one menu. It would be better if you would have a main item with a drop down for that main item.
The photos page confuses me. I am not sure why there are two sets of photos, one on the left, and the other on the right and the right one being larger images. I believe it would be nicer if the images were all similar in size and in one area on the page.

Like other people's idea, i think a small problem is the color. It make the visitors feel uncomfortable when surfing on your site. It would be better if you can change you main colors with another one. And try to pay more attention on website structure. I think your website's structure is not good for doing SEO in near future. thanks

I think the background color is a bit too much, maybe too bright or heavy. The multi-line navigation at the top turned me off immediately. It's hard to find what you're looking for and what all is there on the website. Maybe the less important (testimonials or job opportunities) links should be located somewhere else.

Also consider using a free html validating service (http://validator.w3.org/) to make sure your page appears exactly the same in all browsers (there are several errors in your code). That website will explain the errors and help you fix them.
