I like the addon Stylish, for customizing CSS live. It allows you to modify any website's CSS. I use it to polish website designs and then use the code I built in the application as the website's actual .css file.

My vote goes to firebug and web developer toolbars. I am in the designing field so many times, I must have to take the images from the site so this add ons help me a lot to do this very easily and that's is why I can able to spend my time on other places.
