During the conversion

During the conversion process, swf GIF Converter SWF and GIF keep intact the effect of film quality, to provide multi-level selection by the different objective to generate SWF can adapt to use with the Firestarter does not qualify. You do not convert an animated GIF in swf and then use Firestarter to add other effects.

There is an option in Macromedia Flash itself I believe which allows you to save the flash files as an animated gif. I think it was under the export settings, not sure what the exact result was though but I think it worked out pretty well (Already some time ago now that I used flash)

Used to be in older version of flash you could just export it straight from the program. Haven't played with later versions that much to know if it is still in there and/or where it is.

There are good and efficient converters are available for the flash to gif files.Well few of them which I prefer to use are:
Aleo SWF GIF Converter
SWF-AVI-GIF Converter 2.3
So many of those are converters are available at free of cost. You may first get experience of it and then should go further with the paid one.
