I have and LG Flatron M2294

I have and LG Flatron M2294 Wide LCD TV Monitor. And it's TV and monitor, so you can use it as TV when not using the PC, it has HDMI port, DVI, VGA, Component, and it's HD Ready. Sorry, it's not Full HD. But if you have an external graphic card or one that delivers HD signal, it displays it correctly. I have an ATI HD 5750 and it sends HD signal and it's displayed excellent by my monitor.

I have had two Samsung LCD monitors (SyncMaster 205BW) for the past 9 months and have been very happy with both. It's a bit out of your price range, just thought I'd contribute my 2 cents.
