After the main source of information (the W3C site, in the case of HTML &amp;amp; CSS), it&#039;s good to follow the experts who study the specs. A List Apart is an important site, CSS3.info, &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.456bereastreet.com/&quot;&gt;456 Berea Street&lt;/a&gt;. I follow a lot of resources and pick up tidbits from each. You also have to watch out for links posted by the experts to other resources you might not know about.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also look for Opera&#039;s Web Standards Curriculum.&lt;/p&gt;
