All around, you've done a great job! Here are some comments:

Great use of aligning elements with a grid system. Looks like you're using the 12 column layout
You have plenty of good content available
The portfolio slideshow is sweet. The only suggestion I have is to consider not launching it in a separate window-why not navigate to it in the current window?
