    <description> &lt;p&gt;I would say it is near impossible to recommend a framework when you don&#039;t know all of the technical requirements.  If you are doing the construction yourself, there is also personal preference.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are looking for personal anecdotes, I&#039;ve used Prado and Zend with success.  If you would like to ask me more about one of those two with regards to your requirements, I&#039;ll do my best to answer.&lt;/p&gt;
