Just one affair to bethink is that all advice it now as well in the easily of a third party. Most acceptable not a big accord for a website that would be on charge less hosting, but just capital acknowledgement for others that may appear actuality searching for a solution.

How about this contact form that let you create your own fields, forms, and radios.
http://www.phponly.com/contact.html

Just one thing to remember

Just one thing to remember is that all info it now also in the hands of a third party. Most likely not a big deal for a site that would be on free hosting, but just wanted mention for others that may come here looking for a solution.

Now as for an actual recommendation, http://wufoo.com/ is supposed to be a great system. They have put a TON of work in usability on their site. It is well done!

-Greg

PS. I don't recommend things normally, but Wufoo is pretty dang nice on many levels of web services (design, usability, service), and well just to point out competition to the other that was listed here. At least WuFoo doesn't come asking questions like this then say they found their own service, or at least if they do, they at least have the sense not to sign up with an e-mail address FROM their own company!

Thanks Greg for your suggestion. I followed it and now I am using [A service that is by the person who posted the first question]

{Mod Edit, removed the link back to his own service, but left the topic in case others search for it}

Do they offer perl? there is

Do they offer perl? there is a generic formmail.pl script as well.

There are many services out there that let you put a form on your site and then it actually submits to their site, processes it and then sends you back to your site.

Some are free, some cost $.
