I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve, but it sounds to me (from briefly visiting the site you linked to) that you are looking for a custom page for the user that is generated from content the user selects from the page.

I'm sure that this is achievable through javascript, but it's probably better handled by a server side script like Perl or a CMS like Drupal.
