I&#039;d recommend you calling up Paypal, the matter would be solved quick. A support ticket can take some time to get a reply. Whenever i have problems with paypal, i just ring them and the issue is sorted quite soon.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Have you followed-up with either of them? Have you told them that the other site is attempting to claim it&#039;s their fault? That could get you some action. Also try to speak to someone higher up in the support chain. Often the people on the front lines don&#039;t have the ability to solve unique problems like this.&lt;/p&gt;
