&lt;p&gt;Just came back to update my post saying I had found the problem, I tend to try things out on the free host, then move them to a dedicated domain once I get the creases ironed out, But you are right on the nail, Its deffinately the free hosting, mod_rewrite is not the problem tho its several other php settings that they dont support for &quot;security reasons&quot;&quot;.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve never heard of that script, unfortunately. You say mod_rewrite is turned on in PHP, but it&#039;s an Apache thing, the rules are in &lt;code&gt;.htacess&lt;/code&gt; files. I also notice that you&#039;re using a free host, so it&#039;s likely that -- even if you have switched mod_rewrite on in a .htaccess file -- that they don&#039;t support it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did look through the hosts site and can&#039;t find whether they do or don&#039;t support mod_rewrite. The problem is almost definitely something to do with that though. :-/&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you been able to get it working on your local machine at all? That might be the best way to diagnose whether the problem is with the script or the server.&lt;/p&gt;
