    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yes, it&#039;s possible to have a form write to a file. I did this recently for a small application at work. In my case the form writes to a text file which is included in the page. If you&#039;re using PHP, look up the file functions - &lt;code&gt;fopen&lt;/code&gt;, &lt;code&gt;fwrite&lt;/code&gt;, &lt;code&gt;fclose&lt;/code&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
