Answer: Yes. You can play video in flash using NetConnection, NetStreams and Video Display Component in flash.

Answer: Whatever you draw using Flash default tools it is called Vector Graphics. You can generate them dynamically too. Bitmap Classes can be used for Bitmap related animations.

Answer: Yes. But you cannot get the exact quality of the Image.
