I think that search engines may be having a hard time indexing your site. The main page only contains 16% actual content - the rest is HTML markup. Additionally, the main navigation is missing entirely this end, on account of the Flash blockers I have on all my browsers. Unless you have taken advantage of recent improvements to Flash that allow it to be indexed, then a search engine won't know about those pages.

I suggest that a CSS based design would serve you better. Time for a re-design?
