Unless the form is password-protected (and sometimes even if it is) it will be spammed.

I suggest that you add captcha authentication - ReCaptcha is a popular method.

You might also consider Mollom, developed by Dries Buytaert (who developed Drupal)

Finally, if you do not want to add this type of active authentication, I have had limited success with placing a "listener" on the submit button, to check if a mouse is over it when the form is submitted - but this does not block all spams.
