I use Crystal Summit - They

I use Crystal Summit - They offer 99.9% uptime. I'm on their Home plan at just £3 per month for my site. Even included 2 years free Domain Registration. Excellent features, no tie-ins, easy contro, panels - They're a new company but I can't recommend them enough - 10/10.

I've used Hawkhost.com in

I've used Hawkhost.com in past and was very happy with there service. The cost slightly more then 2 per a month but I think the extra money is worth the expense. Especially if you plan on creating blog their hosting package comes equipped with Fantastico which allows for easy setup of your blog through Wordpress and other major cms systems.

I would recommend looking on sites that measure server uptime for webhosting companies. That will tell you alot about a company.

Ask whoever you are thinking

Ask whoever you are thinking of going to give you some website addresses that they already host. Check out those websites and see how fast they load, especially if they have a lot of images. I have found some hosts to be VERY SLOW! Don't rely on their hosting site, look at an actual existing customer's site!

I agree with poster above. In the United states you have much more rich choice of the services. Hostgator.com, pivotalweb.com, lunarpages appear not expensive web hosting solutions for you

Welcome to TWF!

My hosting service has data centers in the UK and California - you can choose the UK one if you want, I do not see how it matters where your files are served.

Plans begin @ $4/mo. For $75/year you can have solid shared hosting. 30 day money back guarantee and a free domain, too.
