@jasonbull a while back there was a thread here about a tool that converts a psd graphic to html (with limitations and compromises) but I cannot find it right now

@patrickson "the Gimp" is a free open source graphics editor which is basically an alternative to Photoshop and can read and produce psd files. It does not do everything that Photoshop does, but it is a great image editor and serves my purposes well.

I should also mention Inkscape, a free Illustrator alternative for creating vector graphics.

You could make a post in our Help Wanted forum, with some more details of what you want in the site.
I.E. What's it for? Blog, personal website, sales site requiring Paypal
Do you want user membership/registration?
etc etc

Alternatively, if you're feeling brave, you could read some tutorials on HTML and CSS and make the site yourself. Asking in the forums when you get stuck or need some advice.
Not only does that mean you would get your site for free and you would have the satisfaction of making it yourself, but also you would be able to update, edit and change the site yourself as you know all the code on there!

Of course someone will be able to make it for you from an image created in Gimp, if that's what you would prefer.
