An Access db is a file you can backup with the other files

Not sure about MS SQL if you can use any MySQL tools - there are some tools for MS SQL on this search

Ah! The sites are on a shared server to which I only have FTP access - sorry, I'm not making this any easier am I?

Oops, I assumed that you were on a LAMP server. My bad.

On a Windows machine, I would recommend SyncBack for incremental backups. I use it on a Windows server (file server, not web server), and it works well.

Ah! The sites are either MS SQL, Acess or HTML that is upfdated by the client using Contribute.

I'm thinking I'll just SCHEDILE multiple WS_FTP tarnsfers, but its a REAL bore setting them up, and won't automatically do incremental backips.

Thanks,

I would use AutoMySQLBackup

I would use AutoMySQLBackup to grab the databases, and then rsync to backup to an offsite location.
