Yeah, it would look more credible if you listed a business address, but nothing like a personal address. It's hard to tell though if that's why people aren't contacting you...sometimes I just look to the contact page because I'm curious and want to learn more about the person/business...not because I really need to contact them about anything.

If you have an email link with a mailto: href, a lot of your visitors will click on the link, and likely be presented with the installation script for Microsoft Outlook for the first time, and forget about what they wanted to tell or ask you.

It really helps to build your credibility. If you have a physical address people are more likely to know that you're a legitimate business. They may also be looking for someone geographically close to where they are.
