Yeah, it would look more credible if you listed a business address, but nothing like a personal address. It's hard to tell though if that's why people aren't contacting you...sometimes I just look to the contact page because I'm curious and want to learn more about the person/business...not because I really need to contact them about anything.

marky9378 wrote:
they are clicking on the contacts page but they are not contacting me

I would recommend a form for the cotact page (it's really easy to set one up with PHP)

Here is one I posted here on TWF, perhaps a useful starting point

If you have an email link with a mailto: href, a lot of your visitors will click on the link, and likely be presented with the installation script for Microsoft Outlook for the first time, and forget about what they wanted to tell or ask you.

If you have a form, have you tested it yourself to make sure it works properly?

As Megan and pr0gr4mm3r said, including your physical/mailing address on the contact page does increase confidence...

If you have a physical location for your company, why not include it? I would agree that it builds creditability.

It really helps to build your credibility. If you have a physical address people are more likely to know that you're a legitimate business. They may also be looking for someone geographically close to where they are.
