A couple of things:

"How to setup your own online business?" is not a question it's a statement. No question mark is needed. "If you have ever wanted to setup your own online business or if you have ever thought about it." is an incomplete sentence. "We have articles for you to read and to learn. " is kind of redundant. "Through our articles, you may be running your own online business in no time at all..." could be changed to "With our help, you could be running your own online business in no time!
Learn about writing for the web. In the first post, the first 3 paragraphs could easily be condensed into 1 introduction. Also learn how to use every day
the gap between the archives list and that business wire thingamie seems out of place. The business wire part is obviously designed differently than the rest of the site.
the stumble upon buttons are too big and stand out too much. A smaller button or text link would work better. Remember that contrasting colours will stand out more. Think about what you really want to emphasize - is the stumble upon button really the most important thing on the page?
the footer is really nonexistent. You need to have something there to close off the design so it doesn't feel like it's hanging in space. Even a horizontal line with a copyright statement below would be good enough.
Hosting the site on blogger is a bit of a letdown. For a topic like this I think it would be more respectable to host it yourself. It only takes 5 minutes to set up Wordpress

I think the content is ok I would use the odd image on some posts and probably widen the main panel slightly though just my personal preference.
