I like the layout that you have used for both the websites, i can see that you have some flash placed there on the site.

I like the flash but i believe that it could be replaced with a more common file type such as a .gif since it is animation.

I say this because not everyone may have or be bothered to have flash installed.

I always would have to agree with various people in saying that the phone number grahic could be changed a little.

Gimp is a free graphics editor that may help.

Other than that, i like the website and i believe that it looks trusting...

Well the website is nice, but the image which contains your contact phone number is quality-less. I think you've made it in Paint (no offence). It should have smoother edges, i think. But in rest the website is simple and accessible.
