&lt;p&gt;My client is looking into mirroring on his server - the best solution.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He&#039;ll give me the ftp but not the cp.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Windows hosting on GoDaddy? well, he is happy, I guess if you register and host a lot of domains they treat you well, this guy pulls domains out of the air like a magician...)&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t know for sure, but I think if you download Visual Studio (probably the &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.microsoft.com/express/vwd/&quot;&gt;web developer edition&lt;/a&gt;) from Microsoft, it might automatically set you up. I use Visual Studio for C# coding, and I didn&#039;t have to download anything special to get it working. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you don&#039;t have Microsoft Access/Office on your machine, you might run into problems. But I&#039;m not sure about that either, because you can write a C# program that uses an Access database without it being on your local machine.&lt;/p&gt;
