Glad to help - and if you like playing with code and seeing what happens w3schools has a lot of examples where you can edit the code in one frame and view the results in another.

Generally, I would recommend keeping the css styles in a separate stylesheet, but for a quick fix an inline style like the one I suggested can be quick and easy.

My signature has 3 links, one is my personal site, one is a startup tech forum I moderate (we need members please) and one is my LinkedIn profile, where I was recently honored with my answer chosen as the best one to a question about CMS and Drupal.

Another good way to view some of my work is my Gallery2 portfolio.

And I frequently post questions here and at drupal.org and elsewhere, because I don't know everything

Thanks for that, you're a genious. It worked a treat and now looks much less ugly.
I'm at the stage now with my coding where im learning by adding and removing code and seeing what it does so i don't always thing that sometimes simple things like that piece of styling is all thats needed.

As for your q about the affiliate program. This isnt actually my product i just want to promote it since i am a member and the content is really quality and has helped me learn alot.

I wouldnt recommend signing through that page though to anyone just yet since im still in setup mode.

My plan is to get the technical aspects set up (obviously) like the blog, squeeze pages, confirmation pages and promotional pages and then start concentrating on adding quality content and hopefully helping as many people as possible learn what i have learned. I'm becomming addicted to constantly learning internet marketing and with it comes the need to learn technical stuff to which makes me feel cool .

Anyway enough ramblings from me but i will say that i have a few more slight problems with my blog but first id like to keep trying to fix them myself and if i can't i will bring it to the discusion here.

PS: Have you got any sites, blogs or anything so i can see the sort of work you do?

Regarding your screenshots, I see the differences now.

I think you can standardize them with some css, for example to set the submit button width.

Here is a CSS reference or simply try adding style="width: 293px" (that is the width in FFox) inside the submit tag. Remember to separate styles with a semi-colon ";" if you put more than one there, or add the styles to a stylesheet.

As for decibel.places question about inpaling, if i remember correctly the last thing i inpaled was a mini sausage with a little wooden spike ( no humans, yet .

Right down to business.
I am attaching a pictures of what my page looks like in my IE and then what it looks like in Firefox. It's the firefox version that is right and the IE looks as i said ugly.

One sec just attaching pics now.

Right looking at the 2 pics side by side you can that some of the spaces in between the "Name" and text field are different and also the submit buttons abit different but saying that having the pics side by side, it doesnt look as bad as i originally though.

Still that submit button looks dam ugly in IE and the spaces i mensioned look better in Firefox.

What are your thoughts and opinions, am i being to picky do you reckon.

what version of IE are you using? can you attach a screenshot?
