How can I find out the hosting provider of the website? I'm pretty sure the fact they are showing that image is enough to get them thrown off the service. Lets hope.

Do a WhoIs lookup on the domain name and use the name servers to figure out who is hosting the site.

Sorry about the other link, I did an htaccess goatse on the copied site in an attempt to let out my frustrations.

Oh...so they are linking to your images. Yeah, I would change them to something less shocking, no sense in shocking that site's visitors when they did nothing wrong.

Thanks for the advice, I've blocked any requests from the translate.ru services now as that is what they were using to steal the content. No doubt they'll find some other translator to use.

The content is all mine they have taken. Terrible really as I don't know what to do now. I can't track down their host as they are using domain registration services so they keep their ID sealed.

I had to remove that link because of the photos that were posted on there. NSFW!!!

So is it just the design that's scraped or is it the content too? I'm guessing not if they had that kind of an image on there. Yikes.

They won't steal your rankings if it's in another language. I find it hard to believe that that would happen. Even if it was in English it would only be a problem if their site was outranking yours.

SEOmoz has a lawyer on staff and she has written some posts on this topic. Check her profile here - I can't find the post I'm thinking of right now but hopefully this is still helpful.
