    <description> &lt;p&gt;As far as I know, the input area and the &quot;browse&quot; button are all one element, so they cannot be altered apart from one another.  Therefore, I do not think it is possible (nor practical, IMO) to place the &quot;browse&quot; button below the actual input area.&lt;/p&gt;
