Your forums don't seem to be

Your forums don't seem to be working properly. I also see that you are using phpBB 2.x. Version 3.x is out and if you are stating a forum from scratch, you should use the latest version. If you need help setting it up, just ask.

I would agree that the different areas of the website to look at least similar, even if it's just adding a navigation bar to the top that's the same in all areas.

It's quite a tidy

It's quite a tidy site.

Megan has listed the main things.
Your main 'issue' is the wording and descriptions.

The first thing I read is that you are a "Kent based performance company" and you "cater for all events and occasions."
Then I have to scroll down for more info and look around the site for what you actually offer. Even then info is very scarce

"All events and occasions" is something you can relate to with your knowledge of what you offer, anyone else unconnected to your company have no idea what you offer from that.
EG
"We provide for all aspects for children's parties, festivals, shows and other events. Whether your requirement is small or large blah.."

You tell me to "drop you a quote" ?? What do you want me to quote you for? Or should that be "Apply for a free quote"
So the first text I get, and only thing I get without scrolling, is misleading and uninformative.

The first 10 seconds should draw your potential clients in. People leave very easily as there is a lot of options out there.

You have a lot of space between the text on the left and the white juggling clipart on the right, don't make it cluttered, but a slightly smaller font size and a bit more text across a larger sentence width would be better IMO - Especially the booking page

I suppose telling me your site has officially opened on a live website I am viewing is not the end of the world, but the space certainly could be used more effectively.

And perhaps re-think some of your meta keywords. Not to add some more, but quite a few of them are a bit meaningless, especially these two "all" and "it" ?

And a link on your site (more photos) that goes to a page with completely different design/colours/layout feels like it was an external link and I'm now on someone else's site.

The site is smart and tidy though, just needs tweaking really.

Agree with Megan thought

Agree with Megan thought that I had left the site when I went onto photo gallery and then had to search for return link to home page. Can you at least put a consistant header across all pages

http://validator.w3.org/ shows 49 fatal errors on home page

Personaly I would make the booking page look very different from the contact page maybe explain what you get etc and then use the contact page for the query

good luck

This looks pretty good. I

This looks pretty good. I think it should be fine for your purposes. A few things I've noticed:

The title tag needs to include some good keywords for search engines. Remember that the search engine will show that in the results so you wan't something that clearly says what you do and include some good keywords

The juggler clipart isn't the best quality. Try to find something better

The logo text needs some anti-aliasing. Google that if you don't know what it means

There is enough space on the home page to include a bit more text. You can use that space to briefly mention the types of performance offered (and get in some keywords while you're at it). In fact, nothing on the site clearly explains what this group does.

The forum and photo gallery really need to match the rest of the site. You should be able to find some software that will let you customize the templates. Making them look just like the main site shouldn't be too much of a problem.
