    <description> &lt;p&gt;This is probably not as hard as you think. Firstly, create a boring static HTML layout, with no effects. That&#039;s what Google likes. Make sure it&#039;s good, simple, semantic code. No tables for layout, spacer.gif&#039;s or anything of that sort, this will impede your ability to format things later on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then take a JavaScript library like &lt;a href=&quot;http://jquery.com/&quot;&gt;jQuery&lt;/a&gt; (probably best for what you&#039;re trying to do, it&#039;s got some great effects). Use jQuery, CSS, and your own Javascript (using jQuery) to create the style and effects you like.&lt;/p&gt;
