CHMOD is just changing file

CHMOD is just changing file permissions on unix/linux servers. In your FTP program, right click on the file or folder (folder is the same as a directory) that you want to CHMOD. You should see an option called Permissions, or CHMOD. That's where you'll type in the number (777, 755, etc). It depends on the FTP program you're using, but CHMOD is a pretty standard thing.

To create a new folder/directory, right click somewhere in your file browser and you should see an option to create a new folder/directory.
