This layout is broken in the new Firefox 3 Beta 5. Checking it in Opera is better. The look is very boxy and grey, it's difficult to see what the purpose/aim is.

It seems to be a site about Anime (and maybe some other random stuff), unfortunately the design gives no clues on what it might be about.

The whole thing is contained in a frameset, this will give you big usability problems when people try to bookmark URLs. Nobody uses frames any more.

There are a few spelling mistakes, sponsers is actually spelt sponsors, am sure there were some more but can't seem to find them now. Also the images on The Team page aren't loading. Also the way many of the links load in popup pages is annoying.

Anime has a really cool, artistic style that isn't reflected in this site at all. Try to make the design follow from the anime style - bright colours, simple lines, exaggerated forms. It would be ideal to have some characters or something displayed in the header area. Simplify the layout to 2 columns. There really isn't enough there to fill 3 columns anyway.

Also make a new logo with an anime or cartoon inspired font and change all the text on the screen to a simple sans-serif.

The blog post titles need to have better titles. Try to focus on a specific topic - vague titles like "this is nice" or "today was cool" doesn't help visitors to know what the post is about. It also doesn't provide any good keywords to search engines. It's okay to do thses sort of general posts once in awhile (link roundups are common types of blog content), but the bulk of your content needs to be more specific.

overly busy. the titled background with the diagonal text has to go, its an eyesore. the lack of images in the central news area does not attract. the page is outrageously slow to load, unusable so. finally, clicking on the title at the top should take you back to the mainpage.
