If yes then the above may be the answer - if the move was within the last 72 hours.&lt;br /&gt;
Otherwise if you don&#039;t have the site still on the old server, and her ISP hadn&#039;t updated the DNS yet, she wouldn&#039;t get any site at all (Page not found etc) making it a different problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would say it is likely to be the above though, as she uses the same laptop and gets the new and old site depending on her locale.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;It&#039;s probably because when a website is moved, the DNS information on the domain changes.  She needs to flush the DNS cache on her router and/or laptop.  Reseting her modem might also do the trick.&lt;/p&gt;
