It turned out to be a problem with her account, not with her computer. I logged in and it was fine for me. This app uses LDAP to authenticate through the central database and she had changed her password which seems to be causing the problem. I need to figure out how to remove her account and start over.

I'm not sure, but it's an old mini-mac G4. She is due for a new computer this year...

Remember how I mentioned Safari up there? This is a Mac Although I just found out yesterday that you can get IE for Mac if you're on an intel machine (doesn't work on the powerpc; same thing as IEs4linux).

I'll try the network release. Our test site is down right now so I'm waiting to get that fixed to see if there's a difference.

Hmmm, maybe it's a network issue, as no-one else has the problem and other sites work fine. Try doing a DHCP release and renew (or just restarting the networking service).

The speed of the computer could well be an issue (as pr0gramm3r pointed out), perhaps try visiting other JavaScript heavy sites, see how they perform?
