VPS:
Myvpshost - A little known company providing Xen virtualisation (No overselling), Directadmin Control Panel,
excellent performance.
Liquidweb - Cpanel, fast ticket response

Windows Dedicated - Webhosting.uk

Regarding Unix Dedicated, I have not yet used one, but am considering Globalcon.
