Best way to see how a site is doing something is with <a href="http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/products/firefox/" class="bb-url">Firefox</a> and <a href="http://www.getfirebug.com/" class="bb-url">Firebug</a> (it's also a great way to debug your own sites). Just open it up, enable Firebug, then click inspect and mouse-over one of those menu items.
