That of course is a new window, but might be seen as like a pop-up&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hate those myself and am concerned about putting them on my site too&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It will be fine with xhtml strict though&lt;/p&gt;
