Putting a request in is free, and the designers there who have been vetted are legit (went through a heck of a lot steps to get verified, for example).</p> <p>Simple designs can be had quite easily (even simplier to buy a $25 ready-made template and just replace the images). The XHTML/CSS framework is really all a admin really needs. That'll save you money for what's important -- branding (logos) and accents (page elements and other eye candy) that are truly original.
