    <description> &lt;p&gt;I wouldn&#039;t touch that site in FrontPage. It would be very likely to screw things up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t know of any editor that can edit CSS in a WYSIWYG mode. You&#039;ll have to figure out the CSS if you want to make changes. Dreamweaver might let you do some things but It could also make a mess of it.&lt;/p&gt;
