&lt;p&gt;Wow, well there&#039;s got to be a number of ways of doing this. Also depends greatly on what methods MLS will allow you to access their listings, this is your first port of call. Do they offer a JavaScript API, or an RSS feed, or even an RPC interface?&lt;/p&gt;
