I hate to break it to you but you've got more problems than the colour of the links. On a basic level, the links are too far down the page. The user can't see them when they first load the site. Think about what they do see when they load the page. There's not much there to tell them what this site is and what they should do here. A user might see this page and think that it's low quality, that there isn't much to see here. There isn't any kind of branding, there isn't much on the page other than some very large text. The text talks about reliable hosting companies - according to who? These are really just a bunch of affiliate links that don't serve much of a purpose to the user. If you want to make this useful you could add some more information about the companies and why you recommend them.

On the other hand, if your only goal is to get the user to click, you might just want to use "click here".
