Is the document in RGB or CMYK mode? Usually, if the person is asking for the Pantone swatch number, it means that they're probably looking to have the artwork printed professionally using offset presses. If you've designed a logo for them, using RGB or CMYK colors, you're going to have a hard time finding the Pantone swatch equivalent.
