    <description> &lt;p&gt;You&#039;re talking about pages of links that you will be exchanging with other webmasters, correct? I think the topic pages would be better. I&#039;m not sure if you&#039;re asking about which would be better for people or better for search engines. I&#039;m assuing you mean search engines. &lt;/p&gt;
