    <description> &lt;p&gt;Not sure how far back, but version 7 has only Nearest Neighbor, Bicubic, and Biliniar. CS2 has all of the oprions that CS3 has. I skipped the first CS upgrade, so I don&#039;t know if the extra options were added then or not.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Seriously though, I went to Staples yesterday to get some office supplies, and I thought I might check out the software section to see if they even offered tools like that.  They do, for way beyond my budget.  Sad...&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yes, it&#039;s also in previous versions. I can&#039;t wait to upgrade. I did the CS3 beta. and that new smart selection tool makes it totally worth the upgrade for me.&lt;/p&gt;
