I think the welcome bit should stand out a little more, I didnt realy notice it on 1st quick look

I think the category titles ought to stand out a bit more too, or at least have a spacer above them, as the offset doesnt really make the sections stick out, as mentioned before they would be easy to miss the one your looking for scrolling quickly

Overall though, its very good, everything where you'd kinda 'expect' it to be

It's a really nice site. The registration requirement may turn some people off since most classifieds sites do not require registration.

The nice colour scheme is easy to look at, and the image ads down the side look really funky! The satistics are well placed, and the bar at the top makes it really clear how to register and login etc. I think you've placed everything really well!

I would suggest maybe altering the text of the cateogies. I know they're further left than the normal links, but you might miss that if you're scrolling quickly. Maybe make them bigger, or a different colour?

Overall, I like it!

Nice site. I think you can fix it up a bit by either changing/adding a background image to either the spotlight area, or the welcome area. I think the header could just be cut up into two blocks and the 'if you love music!' could be regular text with some style:)

Looks nice a clear, I like the calendar part top left to show the days additions.
Some sort of banner across the top might look nice, although it does look good anyway.

As a classifieds site, I'm not sure if it needs soul. I haven't seen many, for instance, phone books, with a lot of soul. I do think a great color scheme and a few large, descriptive images could spice it up, and as Torch said, you definitely need some sort of logo / banner at the top of each page to identify your unique company among the classifieds community.

Other than that, it seems to be like any other classifieds website; I don't have any experience with them so I can't tell you if it has any noticeable flaws...

It functions well. Looks neat and well aligned. It is too sterile and has no character or soul. It also needs a header for every page.
