There always seems to be hold ups for me, but they don't take up too much time, i always stick to with deadlines just to get the project up and running. If you're doing the design part.. slicing the page might be a bit tricky.. or cross browser css alignment/style issues. too many possibilities. </p> <p>If you're working with another person, i'd say to get stuff down on paper, including a contract.
