    <description> &lt;p&gt;What type or project? Custom code? Open source cms? There always seems to be hold ups for me, but they don&#039;t take up too much time, i always stick to with deadlines just to get the project up and running. If you&#039;re doing the design part.. slicing the page might be a bit tricky.. or cross browser css alignment/style issues. too many possibilities. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you&#039;re working with another person, i&#039;d say to get stuff down on paper, including a contract. I&#039;ve wasted too much time and money working with partners that blew off the project. Good luck&lt;/p&gt;
