&lt;p&gt;I just came across this. It gives you valid XHTML and CSS as well, so it&#039;s a complete solution. Checking a couple of samples, I noticed it has anti-spam techniques, too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Free for non-commercial use. The commercial version costs, but includes money transaction processing (if you need it).&lt;/p&gt;
