&lt;p&gt;It really hacks me off when you get disconnected. I&#039;ve worked on a support desk and trust me, it isn&#039;t a technical issue that gets you cut off. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Heh, we used to have phones with a big green button that you press to both answer and hang up. What the person in that video experienced was what we&#039;d call a &#039;double-greenie&#039;. Phone rings, just press the green button twice. Mostly it&#039;s just a joke, but some people would actually do that.&lt;/p&gt;
