    <description> &lt;p&gt;Yeah, that&#039;s the standard method for RSS recognition.  It doesn&#039;t even matter whether it&#039;s &quot;technically&quot; RSS or ATOM or whatever... as long as you have that link ref, most modern browsers will recognize it in some fashion.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;ll have to try it out but that looks like what I needed.  I noticed that whenever I entered the url of my blog into either iGoogle or Google Reader, it couldn&#039;t locate my feed.  This should help me (or others) out a bunch.  Thanks.  &lt;/p&gt;
